These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the pk 999 platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and pk 999 with respect to use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional material or other communication, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of the pk 999 platform is conditioned on your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Your acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) the moment you click "I agree" or any equivalent confirmation during the registration process; (b) the moment you complete account registration; or (c) the moment you make your first deposit or place your first bet, whichever occurs first.
pk 999 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for changes.
Where a material change to these Terms & Conditions is made — for example, a change that significantly alters your rights or obligations as a Player — pk 999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address or contact details associated with their account. However, failure to receive such a notification does not exempt a Player from the updated terms once they have been published on the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall govern. The English version available at pk-999.net/terms-conditions is the authoritative text.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The pk 999 platform is operated for use by players in Bangladesh. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted for personal use and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of pk 999 complies with any applicable local laws or regulations in your jurisdiction. pk 999 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than those in which it specifically operates.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
To register a pk 999 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.
Eligibility Requirements
In order to open and maintain an active pk 999 account, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted for personal use;
- You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as a representative of any commercial entity;

One Account Policy
Each individual Player is entitled to hold one and only one registered account on pk 999 at any time. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — including accounts under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes Prohibited Conduct. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk 999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, cancel any pending bets or withdrawals, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts without prior notice or right of appeal.
KYC Verification
Before processing a Player's first withdrawal, pk 999 requires successful completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires the Player to submit a clear copy of a valid, government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — along with a proof of address document issued within the preceding three months. pk 999 may request additional documentation at any time where it has reasonable grounds to verify a Player's identity, age, or source of funds.
Failure or refusal to complete the KYC process within a reasonable period after being requested to do so will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. pk 999 reserves the right to close an account and return the verified deposited balance (less any bonus amounts) if KYC is not completed within 30 days of the request.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your pk 999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. pk 999 will never request your password via any communication channel including email, live chat, or phone. Any activity carried out through your account using your credentials will be treated as activity authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk 999 support immediately by contacting [email protected].
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All financial transactions on the pk 999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). pk 999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion charges arising from a Player's payment method or bank are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Accepted Payment Methods
pk 999 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. pk 999 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods without prior notice.
Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits
The following transaction limits apply to all pk 999 accounts unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or account-level arrangement:
- Minimum single deposit: ৳500
- Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
- Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000 (subject to KYC clearance)
- Daily withdrawal limit: ৳1,000,000 for fully verified accounts
pk 999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence and request source-of-funds documentation for single withdrawal requests or cumulative withdrawal amounts that exceed thresholds determined by the platform's compliance team.
Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to a Player's account within 3 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the account balance depending on the originating bank's processing times. pk 999 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from accounts registered to third parties — including family members — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposited amount to the original payment source.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from verified pk 999 accounts are processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, 24 hours a day including public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 working days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times are targets and not guarantees; exceptional circumstances including technical issues, public bank holidays, or compliance holds may cause delays.
pk 999 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method and account used by the Player to make their most recent deposit, unless the Player has specifically requested and been approved for an alternative withdrawal method through the support team. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect Player funds.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has had no Player-initiated login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. pk 999 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance, after giving the Player 30 days' written notice. The inactivity fee will not cause an account balance to fall below zero. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
pk 999 offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotional offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
General Bonus Rules
- A Player may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring offer;
- Bonuses are credited to the Player's bonus balance and are separate from the real-money balance until wagering requirements have been met;
- Wagering requirements must be completed using the Player's real-money balance first, then bonus funds, unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
- Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms (typically 7–30 days);
- pk 999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without notice;
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or applied to withdrawn funds;
- Any Player found to be exploiting, manipulating, or abusing the bonus system — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements — will have their bonus forfeited and account reviewed for suspension.
Eligible Games
Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirements associated with a bonus. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following contribution rates apply: slot games contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10%; fishing games contribute 50%; sports bets contribute 100% for pre-match markets and 50% for in-play markets. Games that are excluded from wagering contribution will be clearly marked in the lobby when a bonus is active.
Promotional Abuse
pk 999 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, using software to automate gameplay, or colluding with other Players to fulfil wagering requirements. Where promotional abuse is detected, pk 999 reserves the right to void all related winnings, forfeit all bonus funds, and permanently close the associated account(s) without compensation.
6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
The integrity of the pk 999 platform depends on all Players engaging honestly and in good faith. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage over pk 999, other Players, or the platform's systems is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the forfeiture of winnings and account closure.
Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pk 999 platform:
- Using any automated software, bot, script, AI, or other technology to automate gameplay, place bets, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
- Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes to place bets that would not otherwise be available at the given odds or stakes;
- Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit differences between pk 999 odds and those of other operators, in combination with bonus funds;
- Colluding with other Players in any game or betting market;
- Attempting to launder money or process funds of illegal origin through the pk 999 platform;
- Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other platform process;
- Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account limitations;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk 999 staff, support agents, or other Players via any communication channel;
- Posting or transmitting harmful, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content via any communication tool on the platform.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where pk 999 identifies, reasonably suspects, or receives credible third-party reports of Prohibited Conduct, pk 999 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions at its sole discretion and without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the Player's account; void any bets placed in connection with the Prohibited Conduct; forfeit any winnings, bonuses, and account balance associated with the prohibited activity; report the matter to relevant authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence; and pursue civil remedies for any loss or damage caused to the platform or third parties.
Game Integrity
All slot and RNG games available on pk 999 are supplied by licensed game studios and use independently certified random number generation systems. pk 999 does not manipulate game outcomes. Live casino games are dealt in real time from licensed studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The results of all live games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) under live camera supervision and are not subject to platform-level manipulation.
7. Account Closure and Suspension
Either party may close a pk 999 account at any time. The circumstances and consequences of closure differ depending on whether the closure is initiated by the Player or by pk 999.
Player-Initiated Closure
A Player may request closure of their pk 999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing the closure request, pk 999 will settle any pending bets, apply any outstanding wagering requirements to bonus balances, and process a final withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method. Account closure requests submitted via the self-exclusion tool on the Responsible Gaming page are processed immediately and permanently unless the Player requests a time-limited exclusion.
pk 999-Initiated Suspension or Closure
pk 999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3;
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 6;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period;
- Deposit chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player or their payment provider;
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
- Instruction from a regulatory, law enforcement, or financial intelligence authority;
- Account inactivity combined with failure to respond to dormancy notices.
Where pk 999 closes an account due to Prohibited Conduct or breach of these Terms & Conditions, any real-money balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Where pk 999 closes an account for reasons unrelated to Player fault (for example, a business decision to cease operations in a particular market), the Player's full verified real-money balance will be returned.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may use pk 999's self-exclusion facility to suspend their account for a defined period. Self-exclusion periods are available in increments from 24 hours up to 6 months. Players may also request a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. pk 999 will not send promotional communications to a self-excluded Player. 8. Limitation of Liability
The pk 999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk 999 makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or compatibility with any Player's device or software environment.
pk 999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with: (a) a Player's use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any feature thereof; (c) any error, omission, or inaccuracy in game results, odds, or account balances resulting from a technical malfunction; (d) unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials; or (e) any loss of opportunity, anticipated savings, profits, or revenue arising from gaming or betting activities on the platform.
In circumstances where pk 999's liability cannot be excluded by law, pk 999's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that results in an incorrect game outcome, odds display, or account balance calculation, pk 999 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the wagered amount to the Player's account. pk 999 is not obligated to honour payouts arising from technical errors that produced demonstrably incorrect results, regardless of whether the error was visible to the Player at the time of betting.
Third-Party Services
